Design Features
Type 727 blowing nozzle can spray high-impact, fan-shaped compressed air flow. There are acrylonitrile butadiene, styrene terpolymer ABS plastic, RYTON or aluminum. They are designed for cooling, drying and blowing applications in conveyors, dashboards that control air intake, and handheld devices. Side-by-side positioning provides effective air.
For each working pressure is below 7 bar. The ABS plastic air flow is blown out from the 16 groove openings between the protective ribs. For manual use, this ensures that the pressure industry requires when the opening is blocked. Withstand temperatures up to 77°C at 7 bar. Type 727-RY RYTON is resistant to chemical corrosion and can withstand temperatures of 149°C at 3 bar.
Although not recommended for handheld applications, the Y727-AL aluminum model has exceptional durability in severe cycling applications. The working temperature of the aluminum nozzle can reach 200℃ when the pressure is 7 bar.
